BT, has historically been perceived as outdated and slow-moving, lacking innovation and modern technology. Their approach to attraction primarily involved internal advertising, only resorting to external options as a last resort.
Previously, visa distribution was relatively unrestricted, as the selection process heavily relied on the best applicants without considering external searches. The hiring process was often lengthy, hindered by inexperienced managers and conflicting opinions regarding timing and location, resulting in excessive bureaucracy.
Our main objective was to alleviate the significant burden on the internal team while also revitalising their work approach.
