PerchPeek was founded in 2018 with the mission to make relocation more accessible and less time consuming, by placing technology at the forefront of the process.

PerchPeek needed to scale their GTM team, increase their geographical reach and continue the development of their product to ensure they remained competitive. Following the pandemic, as the remote world of working opened up, flexible working and relocating came to the forefront of employees decision making when looking at career choices. PerchPeek needed to ensure they had the right team on board to assist those wishing to relocate and drive the business forward. Troi needed to support the existing HR function and work collaboratively to ensure continued hiring and retaining success was ingrained within the business for future growth. Troi was brought in to not only hire but to become a trusted partner and advise on the entire HR function, not just hiring, without compromising on sourcing incredible talent.

The Results

A team of Troi MVPs were embedded within PerchPeek, initially taking stock of existing HR functions, the growth strategy and formulated a solid hiring plan.

Then the magic happened…

Hiring for both GTM and tech roles, including React Native Developers, Manual and Automation Testers, PHP Developers, Troi surpassed initial targets set, reducing both recruitment costs (compared to traditional agency spend) and time to hire.

Surpassing every target set, as well as streamlining hiring processes and being all star players Troi continued to support PerchPeek and drive a transformation through hiring and retaining fantastic talent.
