Hokodo had aggressive growth ambitions after raising $40 million in funding, to further invest in its technology and scale the payments solution across Europe.
They required hiring at scale, to double their team quickly and then expand by 100% in the next year.
Troi truly embedded into the Hokodo culture and managed the whole recruitment process on the roles Hokodo requested.
Troi became the all-star Talent Partner within the business, managing all stakeholder relationships and implementing a sound hiring strategy for the newly appointed (secured by Troi of course!) Head of Talent to run with.
