Having joined Troi back in 2017, Nick has worked across pretty much every area within the company from client delivery to business development and marketing, internal recruitment as well as managing our delivery teams. He also built our ‘operating model’ – i.e. documenting the ‘Troi Way’ of doing things.
With the growth of the company, Nick’s main focus now is helping Troi’s expansion into European markets, with the initial focus on the Netherlands.
His responsibilities are varied and include partnerships, operations, marketing and client acquisition and helping us to navigate any potential obstacles.
Nick’s interests are listening to late 2000’s indie wave music, discussing the merits of non-league football (up the Hamlet), and amassing a large collection of retro track-tops.
