How’s your 2023 hiring strategy shaping up?
2022 has been nothing short of a yo-yo year 🪀 (and that’s putting it mildly) from the Great Resignation and the post-Covid boom, to the cost-of-living crisis, VC investment slowdown, and layoffs across tech and beyond…but there are signs of positivity looking ahead to 2023.
A recent survey by GB Bullhound stated that 80% of the CEOs surveyed cited revenue growth as their main objective for 2023, while 30% will be looking to secure further funding next year. Troi surveyed a select number of industry leaders and found that 73% were hiring for growth in 2023, as opposed to just 14% hiring for replacement and 14% planning on implementing a hiring freeze.
