The Challenge
Epic Games required a streamlined talent acquisition process to help grow teams across development, art and production in the UK and Europe.
The hiring function was previously controlled by the US headquarters, which was successful but had no feasible means to scale quickly on a global basis.

Epic Games needed to hire exceptional tech talent across the UK and Europe focusing on sector specific studios and areas. Troi needed to deliver on these objectives:
- Hire to scale through existing hiring process
- Ensure consistency was met with hires
- Delivering senior level hires across multiple geographies.

Troi successfully developed a hiring function within two territories, after truly embedding with Epic Games ensuring previously engrained hiring processes were adhered to.
The Troi team worked extremely closely with stakeholders to understand the hiring objectives and take over the end to end process of recruiting.
In the last 12 months alone, Troi’s talent team achieved over 30 niche and highly skilled hires across Europe and the UK.
The contract has been extended with Epic Games with the Troi team now embedded within the US.
