The Challenge

Acquired in 2017, for £1.8bn, H&B had great plans for its digital future, with a goal to launch into a leading global health and wellness brand by implementing a complete digital transformation. Historically, their tech presence relied solely on an outsourced model, with deliverables and projects split across, vendors, consultancies, and white-labelled solutions. A digital transformation necessitated a delicate approach balancing legacy systems and those experienced with programming them, alongside implementing new technologies and those skilled to drive them.

Surpassing every target set, they increased top-of-funnel hiring activity for H&B by streamlining to increase productivity and output, whilst retaining H&B company values and illustrating the culture throughout.

A monthly package on a flat fee, regardless of the amount of hires we secure for you. We do not charge per hire (like traditional agency fees).
