Johnny founded Troi with Simon Samuel back in 2017 with the dream of creating a new hiring model that could take on the status-quo of recruitment and reinvent how people approach hiring.
Johnny has served as the CEO of Troi, overseeing the growth and development of the business, from 2 people to a rapidly expanding team across multiple locations. He has been highly instrumental in driving this expansion, whilst ensuring client service only gets better.
Before Troi, Johnny spent over 10 years in the recruitment industry, learning the ins and outs that have guided the direction of Troi since its inception. Outside of work, life is busy with family, dogs and the “occasional” trip to the gym.
