Currently embedded as a talent partner at Passfort, helping them scale at pace whilst also aiding with developing recruitment processes via our flexible recruitment model offering as they integrate into Moody’s post-acquisition. Alongside my Troi colleagues, we are helping to build out the future of the organisation whilst working closely with senior stakeholders to develop new organisational structures within different departments.
