Troi Search offers you flexibility and a cost-effective, less risky solution for your hiring needs. We also offer a retained solution for trickier or more urgent roles.

What are the benefits of agency recruitment for my business?

With Troi Search, you only pay when you need us and we’ve completed the job. You still, however, get the benefit of working with experienced recruiters in a partnership style, but without the risk of a fixed-cost model where you could be concerned about your ROI. You also still have the option of continuing to search for candidates through your own channels whilst working with us and de-risking your hiring journey.

How quickly can we find suitable candidates for your role?

Provided we’ve had a detailed hiring manager brief and client overview, we like to send a small selection of qualified CVs within the first few days. Given our previous internal recruitment experience, we know the hurdles you’re likely to face as a client and this helps us to provide quality options, quickly.
