Currently embedded as a talent partner at Passfort, helping them scale at pace whilst also aiding with developing recruitment processes via our flexible recruitment model offering as they integrate into Moody’s post-acquisition.

I am a Talent Acquisition squad lead, managing different individuals alongside managing and maintaining relationships with my own clients. I personally focus on Tech recruitment over a wide area mostly based on UK / EU hires.

I have a wide range of experience with different clients, in a variety of sectors, and am currently embedded with a gaming client helping with their software/platform hires.

• Understanding the business’s needs, and building and designing recruitment processes around that.
• Experience with the most up-to-date sourcing tools, keeping up with the market I’m recruiting for.
• Working on different ATS platforms.
• Deep understanding of the tech and gaming sectors.
