Our Story
Founded back in 2017, Troi was set up to reinvigorate a recruitment scene that had lost touch with the needs of modern businesses. Rapid expansion and increasingly technology focussed, businesses needed a different recruitment model in order to meet their goals. That’s where we came in.
Our model is simple, our recruiters sit on-site becoming one with our partners’. On a day-to-day basis this looks like delivering on their hiring, improving processes and liaising with hiring managers. You’ll be the go-to for everything to do with that account.
But fear not, you’ll never be on your own, you’ll always have the full Troi team behind you!

CALM
The Campaign Against Living Miserably was one of the first charities we worked with. A group of our wonderful Troians participated on the annual Lost Hours walk raising money by hosting fundraising events and hitting up friends and family for donations.

Christmas Food Drive
Christmas 2021 was a hard one for many. With multiple lockdowns, Covid still rampant, and the economic hardship that it brought affecting people around the country. With a high volume of London locals forced into using foodbanks in 2021 our Charity Committee voted to do a drive to support our local foodbank.
The drive was successful and we delivered over 5 crates of food for donation.
Snowdon Trek
The next big fundraiser on our schedule! 6 of our team are off up the highest mountain in Wales to raise money for Prostate Cancer Research.
