At Troi, we’re transforming the way people view recruitment. To do this we need a team of likeminded recruiters who are willing to make a real difference for our partners and their teams.
In return you’ll get to work for a company that supports you and your development, that offers super flexible working, and not to toot our own horns but, you’ll be part of a fun group of people who always look out for each other.
For me, joining Troi was the logical next step in my career. It allows me to draw on my experience in Production on the Silicon Vally beat with my fast-paced New-York agency life.
Troi offers me the opportunity to combine my passion for emerging technologies and people. I am super excited to find a role that finally brings all my experience together
I joined Troi, as it was the right time for a big new career challenge. When Troi came along it was immediately my only option! Troi was the perfect fit and made it a very easy YES!
I’m super looking forward to working closely with my new client on their journey, learning lots of new things and contributing my experience, it’s really exciting!
Founded back in 2017, Troi was set up to reinvigorate a recruitment scene that had lost touch with the needs of modern businesses. Rapid expansion and increasingly technology focussed, businesses needed a different recruitment model in order to meet their goals. That’s where we came in.
Our model is simple, our recruiters sit on-site becoming one with our partners’. On a day-to-day basis this looks like delivering on their hiring, improving processes and liaising with hiring managers. You’ll be the go-to for everything to do with that account.
But fear not, you’ll never be on your own, you’ll always have the full Troi team behind you!

Our Work In The Community
We like to give back! Our Charity Committee meet up once a month to discuss ideas and initiatives that we can take part in. Have a look below at some of our past and upcoming work!
The Campaign Against Living Miserably was one of the first charities we worked with. A group of our wonderful Troians participated on the annual Lost Hours walk raising money by hosting fundraising events and hitting up friends and family for donations.

Christmas Food Drive
Christmas 2021 was a hard one for many. With multiple lockdowns, Covid still rampant, and the economic hardship that it brought affecting people around the country. With a high volume of London locals forced into using foodbanks in 2021 our Charity Committee voted to do a drive to support our local foodbank.
The drive was successful and we delivered over 5 crates of food for donation.
The next big fundraiser on our schedule! 6 of our team are off up the highest mountain in Wales to raise money for Prostate Cancer Research.
