14+ years of recruitment experience, working in multiple sectors, primarily
tech and product over the last 7+years. Whilst my focus is in the digital engineering space I’ve also worked across a range of domains and specialisms, for a real mix of organisations – from start-ups/scale-ups through to large corporations. Tech, Product, Agile Delivery, and Commercial.

Currently embedded as a talent partner within Equals Money. Prior to this, I was embedded at BT, the Digital arm of the major Telco, to help scale the engineering team. Working with a vast hiring manager community to improve processes and secure new talent to meet their aggressive hiring plans.

  • Knowledge and experience using the latest candidate sourcing tools and channels to uncover and build quality talent
  • Design and build out of recruitment processes
  • Experienced mentoring junior team members, working with senior leadership and remaining an IC
