Troi offers an Embedded Recruitment solution, where our recruiters act as an extension of your People/Talent teams. I head up our agency offering however – Troi Search. Firms come to us when their volume isn’t quite enough for an embedded recruiter but they need support from an agency with dozens of years of Agency, Retained, Internal & embedded recruitment experience in the Tech & GTM verticals.
You’d be hard pressed to find a role in Tech & GTM that we haven’t recruited before.
Whether we’re offering success/agency or retained search pricing models, we strive to embed ourselves into our clients and partner with them as they scale. We’re working with clients in the EdTech, Child Safeguarding, PropTech, Telco & eCommerce domains.
