Over the last three years, I’ve worked with five separate start-ups to improve recruitment efforts while finding and attracting incredible talent.
Currently the sole US Talent Manager for PrimaryBid, a FinTech start-up expanding into the US. Owning all of the recruitment efforts for the US providing guidance on the market while developing strategies to meet hiring goals.
- Knowledge and experience using the latest candidate sourcing tools and methods with a DE&I-focused hiring mindset.
- Building and designing recruitment processes, including structured interviews, scorecards, and candidate assessment criteria.
- Providing insight into ATS selection, implementation, and administration.
- Using a Data led approach to measure and quantify recruitment process maturity and success.
- Managing internal client recruitment teams or laying the groundwork to build out the talent acquisition team.
- Proven ability to step into an organization seamlessly and build strong working relations with hiring managers, stakeholders, and executives.
