I’m responsible for the Troi Search team of recruiters, P&L, setting & executing targets & ultimately ensuring our clients receive the best service possible & our candidates receive the greatest candidate experiences.

I head up Troi’s agency offering – Troi Search. Clients come to us when their hiring volume isn’t quite sustainable for internal or embedded recruiter but they need support from an agency that partners like one. We have dozens of years of Agency, Retained, Internal & embedded recruitment experience in the Tech & GTM verticals. You’d be hard pressed to find a role in Tech & GTM that we haven’t recruited before.

Whether we’re offering success/agency or retained search pricing models, we strive to embed ourselves into our clients and partner with them as they scale. We’re working with clients in the FinTech, Embedded Systems, RetailTech and Cyber Security & Defence domains.

I have a niche of recruiting at the intersection of when Hardware meets Software. IoT, Connected Devices, Wearables & Sensors is where I’ve made the most impact over the last few years. I get a kick from recruiting individuals for companies that build tangible & physical products!
Within embedded Systems/Connected Devices we’ve supplied Tech talent to firms building Audio, Sport, Retail, Robotics & Energy products.
