About the Role

As a Senior Product Manager, you will own and drive the strategy, development, and execution of The Gym Group App. You will focus on improving member experience, driving engagement to maximise member retention and growth.

Key Responsibilities

·      Define and execute the product roadmap for The Gym Group App, aligning with business goals and member needs.

·      Drive the development and enhancement of the App, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for members.

·      Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, business and operations teams to deliver high-quality product enhancements.

·      Conduct data-driven decision-making using analytics, user research, and market trends to optimise the app’s performance and user experience.

·      Work closely with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into clear product specifications.

·      Lead the app’s growth strategy, focusing on acquisition, engagement and retention.

·      Champion an agile and customer-centric approach to product development.

·      Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure The Gym Group App remains competitive and innovative.

Skills& Experience Required

·      Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager

·      Experience in B2C digital environment

·      ideally with experience in fitness, wellness, or subscription-based services.

·      Strong background in managing digital subscriptions service, including customer retention, pricing strategies, andengagement optimisation.

·      Experience working with mobile applications, Including UX/UI best practices, A/B testing, and feature development.

·      Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and make data-driven decisions.

·      Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.

·      Experience working in an agile environment, collaborating with engineering and design teams.

·      Passion for fitness, health, and digital innovation is a plus.
