The Challenge

OMS were on a rapid growth trajectory and required hiring across multiple functions to build out the existing teams to be able to continue to hit their growth targets.

A particular hiring focus was on the Development, VR and QA teams with a requirement to ensure the teams were built out ensuring the OMS culture was embedded with team fit being critical to OMS. OMS are an agile, impact-focused company working at the cutting edge of education, virtual reality and artificial intelligence to improve patient care.

A monthly package on a flat fee, regardless of the amount of hires we secure for you. We do not charge per hire (like traditional agency fees). With changing business conditions and increasing financial pressures we offer the ultimate flexibility to get the maximum value but without compromising on the quality of our service.
