Hokodo had aggressive growth ambitions after raising $40 million in funding, to further invest in its technology and scale the payments solution across Europe.

They required hiring at scale, to double their team quickly and then expand by 100% in the next year.

External support was required to deliver on multiple roles, as the business grew rapidly and help develop the overall hiring strategy.

A monthly package on a flat fee, regardless of the amount of hires we secure for you. We do not charge per hire (like traditional agency fees). With changing business conditions and increasing financial pressures we offer the ultimate flexibility to get the maximum value but without compromising on the quality of our service.
