Simon conceived of Troi with Johnny Coulter when working together in 2015/16, but it took a couple of years for them to get it off the ground! Simon’s focus at Troi is investment, product development and expanding international operations (currently NY with mainland Europe to follow).

He has business experience across talent, finance and growth, plus is a dab-hand at investing in exciting new projects. Troi is the 4th enterprise Simon has started and he has managed various companies in recruitment and beyond.

He also takes an active role in charity organisations, inspiring Troi’s social outreach, most recently in Sierra Leone. Outside of work, Simon enjoys all sports (watching, coaching and playing badly!), family, and travelling.
