As our Head of Talent Enablement, he has improved all areas of onboarding new starters, career progression and L&D.
During our tremendous growth in 2021 and 2022, we recognised our talent delivery team requires continuous improvement to get them ‘client ready’, immersed in the ‘Troi Way’ of doing recruitment, upskilled and supported to reach their career goals.
